This paper investigates into the contributions to the high housing price in China. It applies qualitative analysis on some factors that affect the housing price, and researches the specific influence of a few typical parameters on the price with Eviews. The paper finally draws the conlusion: There is a positive relations between the disposable income of town dweller and Consumer Price Index and housing price. There is not significant corelation between unbanization and housing price in short term, but a long-term positive corelation is significant and sustained.
