    As an integral part of the modern HR management, compensation management helps to establish a reasonable, scientific and competitive remuneration system and then makes the most of its motivation effects as well as sanctionative effects, which is a crucial factor and impetus behind the sustainable development of all state-owned enterprises.

    The thesis first explores the current remuneration system of Drilling Technology Company. Through questionnaires and other information collecting methods, problems in current remuneration system, such as unreasonable salary design, hard execution of appraisal system, a rather low employee satisfaction, are analyzed in details. On the basis of theories concerned, combined with the company’s practice in compensation management, the thesis further researches on how to build or improve the appraisal framework, remuneration structure and a flexible welfare system, and then proposes possible solutions. Finally the thesis summarizes auxiliary management measures needed in the successful implementation of the performance appraisal and flexible welfare system.

    In the modern human resources management,salary administration is very important content.It is the important factor and motive power of sustainable development for the whole state-owned businesses to build scientific and reasonable salary system and give full play to the effect of the encourage and restrain of salary system .
    Firstly, this article researches the current situation of the turn technology company.After raising questions and analysing them meticulously according to the questionable survey and data collection we think that it is unreasonable for the Salary structure design and difficult for the act of check-up system and flat for the satisfaction of the workers.Secondly,we combine the correlation theory of salary administration with the physical truth and reseach job evaluation,improving salary structure,performance appraisal construction and flexible benefits.At last,we summarize auxiliary operation management measures and methods of implement performance appraisal and elastic welfare construction.
